Materials
- Yoga Mat

The Poses
Unicorn Pose
Start in tabletop position with both hands and knees on the ground. Once you have your balance lift up one arm and put your hand to your forehead with your pointer finger pointed out make a unicorn horn!

Butterfly Pose
Start by sitting up very straight. Bring your heels together and form a diamond position with your legs to make two butterfly wings. Start fluttering your “wings” just like a butterfly!

Candlestick Pose
Start by laying flat on your back. Put your arms down by your side and lift your legs straight into the air to make a candlestick shape!

Warrior Pose
Start by standing straight up with your legs a little bit wider than your hips. Turn your right foot all of the way out, bend into your right leg, and stretch your arms out wide. Repeat this pose on the other side!

Cat Pose
Start in tabletop position with both hands and knees on the ground. Once you have your balance exhale and round your back all of the way up for a big cat stretch!

Cobra Pose
Start by laying flat on your belly. Place each hand next to your shoulders and slowly push your shoulders off the ground. Feel a nice stretch in your back and look like a slithering snake!

Down Dog Pose
Start standing straight up on your mat. Touch your hands to your toes and slowly walk out your hands 4-5 steps. Feel this stretch in the backs of your legs!

Shark Pose
Start by laying flat on your belly. Put your arms between your back and lace your fingers together. Slowly lift your chest off the ground and feel this stretch in your shoulders!
