Wipe off your feet and come on in with this Haunted Playhouse DIY Doormat!
Materials
- Permanent vinyl
- Cricut or other vinyl cutting machine
- Black acrylic paint
- Foam daubers
- Plain doormat
How to:
Step 1: Design your doormat on the computer and cut with your machine. I chose “I put a spell on you” in cursive with stars, bats and a moon.
Step 2: Weed the wording out & only leave the stencil.
Step 3: Place your stencil over the doormat where you want it to go.
Step 4: Peel and stick your stencil carefully. Works best if you have a helper, press firmly.
Step 5: With foam daubers, press on the paint into your stencil.
(I did 3 coats)
Let your haunted playhouse DIY Doormat dry a few hours, peel, and place outside the door!
