Get your babe’s excited to read with this fun glitter confetti DIY bookmark!
Materials:
- Glitter/ Confetti
- Cruise Ship Luggage Tag (long and sealable)
- Cardstock
- Yarn
- Cricut Machine with Vinyl (or adhesive letter stickers)
- Scissors
- Ruler
Directions:
Step 1: Use a Cricut machine to create and cut out your design. Alternatively you can use adhesive letters or decorative stickers.
Step 2: Place design or stickers onto luggage tag.
Step 3: Cut a piece of cardstock down to size so it fits inside the luggage tag.
Step 4: Carefully slip the cardstock into the luggage tag.
Step 5: Hold the luggage tag open and pour about 1 tsp of glitter or confetti inside. Close luggage tag.
Step 6: Create a tassel out of yarn with a loop at the top.
Step 7: Lastly, attach the tassel to the bookmark through the hole at the top.
The inside cardstock/glitter can easily be switched with new color combinations for your DIY bookmark!
