Helpful Tips:

Pro Tip 1: Let your butter soften outside the fridge for 30-60 min. before you combine all ingredients, I promise it makes a big difference when baking!

Pro Tip 2: Don’t forget the crumb coat! After baking your cakes, put them in the fridge overnight. In the morning, ice the cakes with a quick, thin layer of icing aka “the crumb coat” and place the cake back in the fridge for an hour or two. Finally, add the last layer of icing to get a nice, smooth, crumb-free coat before decorating and serving this delicious PINK a Boo Cake Recipe!
